Supporting You in Creating Meaningful Change
Everyone should have access to the support they need, which is why I offer sessions starting from £45 for a full 50-minute session. Investing in your emotional well-being shouldn’t be a financial burden—I strive to provide support that is both effective and accessible.
There is no set limit on the number of sessions you can have. However, for long-term positive change, a commitment to at least six sessions is recommended. This allows us to build a strong therapeutic relationship and explore the challenges that brought you to counselling in a meaningful and lasting way.
I’m here to offer consistent, compassionate support for as long as you need, at a pace that feels right for you.
